Simpatico Construction create, refurbish or extend residential homes to the individual needs to the client creating unique homes for you and your families modern needs. We liaise with the customer, architect and structural engineer, then build the home that you want in as efficient a way as possible, taking it to completion or leaving it ready to decorate. We can demolish and rebuild, complete side extensions or rear kitchen extensions. We also undertake smaller works like removing internal walls, or garage conversions to create an office or Airbnb rental option.

 

With 55 years of experience between the two owners the natural progression would have been to employ a team of people and oversee several jobs at once. After experimenting a few different ways, we decided not to do that. We decided to keep things simple by only undertaking one job at a time. We prefer to spend our days actually doing the work, not telling people how to do the work. It makes for a more pleasant working environment as we both want to be there, have kept it as stress-free as possible and don’t have the headaches of employing loads of people (that often don’t want to be there). Of course, we have specialists that come in: plasterers, electricians, plumbers, lead workers etc but the main bulk of the work is undertaken by us.
